Description

GENERAL

  •    Achieves, and seeks to exceed the Leadership Expectations
  •    Good working knowledge of the DP brand, including current fashion and product trends
  •    Able to establish well respected relationships with store management
  •    Looks for opportunities to improve brand performance and works with manager to deliver
  •    Takes responsibility for management of team in the absence of management

COMMERCIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  •  Achieves all KPIs and has the personal drive to look for ways to improve the business
  • Executes VM requirements of the Brand, ensuring that they are achieved to the highest standard to drive sales
  • Promotes outstanding Customer Service by acting as a role model
  • Manages the stock package and promotional activity to ensure sales opportunities are maximised and risk of mark-down is reduced to drive profit
  • Takes proactive action to minimise stock loss

LEADERSHIP

  •  Demonstrates leadership behaviours to act as an ambassador for the Brand
  • Communicates clear expectations to the team to ensure efficient day-to-day operation
  • Delegate areas of responsibility to key team members so standards are consistently maintained

Hours

36.5 hrs contract
Must have previous supervisory experience
Must be fully flexible
