You must have huge amounts of enthusiasm for our brand and believe in the way we do business. We’re looking for people whose retail expertise is second to none, to share responsibility with the Management Team to drive the store and team to deliver retail excellence and strong sales results.
As a manager you will coach the team to achieve exceptional customer service standards.. You will oversee the operations and commercial practices of the store, both front and back of house, whilst maintaining harmony and efficiency on the shop floor.
Our managers are encouraged to lead and drive a customer focused store experience on a day-to-day basis. You should help to ensure the development of consumer loyalty and awareness to help build The Body Shop brand.Skill Set Set
We’re looking for individuals with strong relationship skills who are confident with coordinating between customers, the team and management.
Teamwork & People Management
